This 3D model ("Model") is provided for informational and illustrative purposes only. By accessing, downloading, or using this Model, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1.      Ownership: The Model is owned by Longevity Products LLC. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

2.      License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Model solely for personal purposes. This license does not permit you to sell, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Model or any derivative works created from it without the express written consent of Longevity Products LLC.

3.      No Warranty: The Models are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. Provider makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether regarding accuracy, reliability, or otherwise, regarding the Models or their suitability for any purpose.

4.      Print Quality: Longevity Products LLC does not guarantee the quality of any prints made from the Model. The quality of the final printed object may vary depending on the 3D printer, settings, materials, and other factors beyond our control.

5.      Safety: It is your responsibility to ensure that any 3D prints made from the Model are used safely and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Longevity Products LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the Model or any prints made from it.

6.      Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Longevity Products LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this Model, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

7.      Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Longevity Products LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Model or your violation of these terms.

8.      Modification: Longevity Products LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Model following the posting of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By accessing, downloading, or using the Model, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access, download, or use the Model.
